We launched our 2025 PPCRV COMMAND CENTER on the 2nd floor of PLDT Sampaloc Office España corner Macaraig Street Sampaloc, Manila. This will be the home of our Unofficial Parallel count where we will be showing local and national election returns in real time.
We will also be auditing the integrity of the transmitted vote where we will be comparing the transmitted election return against the physical pre-transmission election return printed out by automated counting machines nationwide. We are grateful to Manny V Pangilinan, PLDT ePLDT Smart for opening up their PLDT Sampaloc office for our use, for providing election paraphernalia, connectivity and mobile phones for use in the field and in our Command Centers.
The group was represented by PLDT Enterprise MVP Blums Pineda. We thank AMA Educational System for the computers that we will be using in our Unofficial Parallel Count. AMA is also supporting PPCRV’s TIBOK PINOY values formation program by including it in their online educational platform. H.E. Ambassador Amable Aguiluz V joined us in cutting the ribbon.
