PPCRV’s Ana de Villa Singson ( Spokesperson, Trustee, Head for Voters Education, Media and Communications) and James Wong, IT practitioner and longtime volunteer, spoke about Discerning with Values and Social Media Awareness in De La Salle University Araneta, Malabon on 11 April. The Lasallians had very in-depth questions, showing the passion, civic-orientation and intellectual acuity of the students. Thanks you DLSU Araneta for the very warm welcome! REMEMBER…ONE GOOD VOTE on May 12. A vote that is discerning and based on values! You are not only the country’s future…you are its present and current gift! VOTE WISELY!
The seminar successfully brought together Lasallian students in a civic formation seminar that emphasized values discernment, social media awareness, and responsible voting. With insightful talks from the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) specifically Ms. Ana De Villa Singson and Mr. James Wong; and a live demonstration by the Malabon COMELEC, students were empowered to become value-driven and informed youth voters.
