Our Mandate
- To continuously conduct voters’ education nationwide, especially in far-flung areas not reached by Comelec;
- To monitor the conduct of the elections (poll watching) and assist the voting populace in every polling precinct in the country; and
- To conduct an unofficial parallel count of the electronic results. This is the centerfold of the PPCRV Command Center.
Vision
PPCRV desires to become a community of disciples that is a Church of and for the Poor, who are committed to witness and work for social transformation towards:
- A transformed and transforming compassionate society;
- A culture uniquely Filipino;
- A political societal order that respects the equal dignity of all its citizens, especially the poor and the youth;
- A government responsive to the needs of the people and the demands of good governance;
- A church ever in a state of mission for fullness of life, Through CHAMP – Clean, Honest, Accurate, Meaningful, and
- Peaceful Elections.
