Accountable Materials’ Verifiable Audit Trail Team Poll Watcher (AMVATT)

Monitors the bidding, procurement, production, packaging, shipment, distribution or deployment of all accountable materials such as the Vote Counting Machines (VCM), the Consolidation & Canvassing System (CCS) machines including securing the Warehouses and Hubs of all the Automated Election System (AES) Equipment and Paraphernalia prior to election day including reverse deployment.

Technical Assistance Group Poll Watcher (TAG)

Monitors the certification process of all the VCM & CCS machines as well as the pre-testing and field testing of these and assists the National Command Center in the validation of votes using PPCRV’s custom-designed technology platform.

Polling Precinct Poll Watcher (PPP)

Monitors the conduct of elections inside the polling place and documents (using pictures & written reports) irregularities, incidents and file protests against any irregularity or violation of law. Secures one (1) copy each of the machine-generated Election Returns (ER) BEFORE transmission and one (1) copy each of the machine-generated Election Returns (ER) AFTER transmission for both the National contests and the Local contests in his/her respective Polling Place and signs all the ERs and audit logs printed out by the VCM.

Voters’ Assistance Desk Poll Watcher (VAD)

Monitors the certification process of all the VCM & CCS machines as well as the pre-testing and field testing of these and assists the National Command Center in the validation of votes using PPCRV’s custom-designed technology platform.

Power Prayer Group Poll Watcher (PPG)

Tasked with prayer campaigns one month before Election Day and prayer vigils on the eve of elections as well as daily rosary crusades scheduled to start in March of the election year.

Special Witness of Truth Poll Watcher (SWOT)

Specially tasked as Mobile Roving Patrols who provide direct support for the local PPCRV parish units that urgently need assistance due to lack of area volunteers, retrieve the 4th copy of the ERs printed by the VCM after the close of voting and prior to transmission and give this to the one assigned to pick up said 4th copy.
