Fr. Dave Procalla, PPCRV BARMM Regional Coordinator, Vicar General Msgr Ariel Ben Torreto, Cotabato City Coordinator, ED Maribel Buenaobra, and Atty Ron Gutierrez of ULAN, met with Australian Embassy officials, His Excellency Marc Innes-Brown, Australian Ambassador, Ms Lauren Twine, Second Secretary, Mr EJ Solis, Senior Program Officer, and Sam Chittick, The Asia Foundation Representative, to discuss preparations for the BARMM PE. Highlighted were PPCRV’s Voters Assistance Desks, mobile monitoring teams, poll watching, the Unofficial Parallel Count, and involvement in the Random Manual Audit. Msgr Ben emphasized the importance of the elections for the fulfillment of the democratic aspirations of the Bangsamoro. Fr Dave reiterated the importance of the BARMM PE as a historic moment for the Bangsamoro to elect their leaders and achieve an autonomous government
