On August 28, Agnes A. Gervacio, PPCRV Trustee, and representative to the RMA TWG, together with NAMFREL representative Lito Averia, signed the Random Manual Audit Memorandum of Agreement with COMELEC for the BARMM Parliamentary Elections.
This agreement reflects PPCRV’s shared commitment to transparency, accountability, and a peaceful and credible electoral process.
